KopyPaste Features#

KopyPaste offers powerful features for creating, editing, and sharing content.

Rich text editor#

KopyPaste uses TinyMCE self-hosted editor with full features:

Text formatting (bold, italic, underline, colors)
Lists, tables, and links
Image insertion via drag and drop
Full-screen editing mode
Code blocks and syntax highlighting
Undo/redo functionality

Note

Logged in users get access to more rich text features compared to guest users.

Picture-in-Picture (PIP) mode#

Open your paste in an always-on-top floating window. Click the PIP icon in the editor toolbar to keep your notes visible while working on other tasks.

Browser support

Requires Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.) with Document Picture-in-Picture API support. Not available on all devices. Learn more

Image support#

Add images to your pastes easily:

Drag and drop images directly into the editor (desktop only)
Paste images from clipboard
Images are embedded in your paste

Mobile

Image upload is not currently available on mobile devices.

Export formats#

Save your pastes in multiple formats:

.docx - Microsoft Word format with formatting
.html - Web format preserving all styling
.txt - Plain text without formatting

Note

PDF export is not currently available but will be added in the future.

Offline-first design#

KopyPaste works without internet:

Content stored in browser local storage
No data sent to servers unless you share
Works completely offline
Your privacy is protected
