Access advanced features and manage your pastes from business.knowivate.com/dashboard/paste

Private by default#

Pastes created from the dashboard are private by default. Only you can access them.

• Make public when creating or later
• Change visibility anytime
• Control who can access your content

Manage visibility#

Even if you created a paste on paste.knowivate.com, you can manage it from the dashboard:

1. Sign in to your account
2. Go to dashboard: Visit dashboard/paste
3. Find your paste and change visibility settings

Reminders#

Set reminders to revisit your paste later:

• Set custom reminder date and time
• Reminder sent via email
• May arrive a few minutes before or after the set time

Categories and priorities#

Organize your pastes with categories and priorities:

• Create custom categories
• Assign pastes to categories
• Set priority levels for notes/tasks
• Filter by category or priority
• Find pastes quickly with filters

Delete pastes#

Logged in users can delete their pastes anytime:

• Go to dashboard/paste
• Select the paste you want to delete
• Click delete option
• Deleted pastes cannot be recovered

Share via email#

Share pastes directly with other users via email:

1. Select your paste in the dashboard
2. Click "Share via email"
3. Enter recipient email
4. Email sent with paste link
