Get started with Outreach™#

Outreach™ is a powerful lead management system designed to help you scale your marketing efforts and maintain strong customer relationships.

Quick Setup Guide#

  1. Access Outreach: Navigate to the Outreach module from your Knowivate Business dashboard.
  2. Configure Custom Fields: Before importing leads, define any custom fields (e.g., "Company Size", "Industry") that are specific to your business needs.
  3. Start Your First Import: Use the Smart Import Wizard to bring your existing leads into the system. You can paste data directly from your clipboard (CSV, TSV, etc.).

Core Concepts#

  • Leads: Individual potential customers or contacts.
  • Activities: Interactions like meetings and notes that are linked to specific leads.
  • Upsert Logic: A smart way to update existing leads during import rather than creating duplicates, based on the lead's owner and phone number.

Pro Tip

When importing data, use the "Update Existing" toggle if you want to refresh the information for leads that are already in your database without creating duplicates.
