If you are a content publisher and want to remove your website's content from Knowivate News, you can submit a removal request.

Content Removal Process#

To request content removal, follow these steps:

1. Use your domain-specific email: Contact us from an official email address associated with your domain to verify ownership. For example, if you want to remove content from "examplenews.com", use an email like "admin@examplenews.com" or "contact@examplenews.com".
2. Send your request to: contact@knowivate.com
3. Include the following information:
   • Your domain name
   • Reason for removal request
   • Any specific URLs or content you want removed (optional)

Processing Timeline#

After we receive your removal request, it typically takes 2-7 working days to process. In some cases, it may take longer depending on the volume of content and verification requirements.

You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.
