Accessing reports#
Report access depends on your role and owner configuration. Click "Reports" in the navigation menu to view available analytics.
Report Access
- Owner: Can see all data and configure which reports are visible to which roles
- Admin & Editor: Can see their own data only (if enabled by owner)
- Viewer: No report access
Reports can be enabled or disabled by the owner based on configuration.

Filters and customization#

- Advanced Filters: Access powerful filtering options, including refined payment method filters now accessible via a guided tooltip for easier discovery.
- Export and Share: Download your reports as spreadsheet files to analyze them offline or share them with your team.
Tips for using reports#
Personalize your report view:
- Show/Hide sections: Toggle visibility of each report section
- Reorder sections: Drag and drop to arrange sections in your preferred order
- Save preferences: Your settings are saved automatically locally
Tip
Focus on the metrics that matter most to your business by hiding sections you don't need and reordering the rest.
