Get started with Knowivate Accounts#

Your Knowivate Account gives you access to all Knowivate products and services. Learn how to create an account, sign in, and manage your profile.

Create a Knowivate Account#

You can create a Knowivate Account in two ways:

Sign up with Google#

1. Visit the sign-up page: Go to Knowivate Accounts
2. Click "Continue with Google": Use your existing Google account to sign up instantly.
3. Select account type: Choose between Individual User or Organization. This cannot be changed later.
4. Complete setup: Your account is ready to use!

Sign up manually#

1. Visit the sign-up page: Go to Knowivate Accounts
2. Enter your name: Provide your first name and last name.
3. Select account type: Choose between Individual User (for personal use) or Organization (for business/team use). This cannot be changed later.
4. Enter email address: Provide a valid email address.
5. Create password: Enter a strong password (at least 6 characters) and confirm it.
6. Click "Sign Up": Submit the form to create your account.

Sign in to your account#

Knowivate offers three convenient ways to sign in:

1. Email and password#

• Enter your registered email address
• Enter your password
• Click "Sign in"

2. Email OTP (One-Time Password)#

• Enter your registered email address
• Click "Send OTP"
• Check your email for the one-time password
• Enter the OTP and sign in

3. Sign in with Google#

• Click "Sign in with Google"
• Select your Google account
• You're signed in instantly

Manage your profile#

After signing in, you can manage your account settings:

• Update your profile information
• Change your password (see Security settings)
• View login history and manage sessions

Login history and security#

Knowivate logs all login attempts (successful and failed) to keep your account secure. These logs are only visible to you when you're signed in. You can:

• View all login attempts (successful and failed)
• See device and location information for each attempt
• Delete old login logs to clean up your history
• Monitor for suspicious activity

Login logs are mandatory for account security and help protect your account from unauthorized access. We don't track your activity or use your data beyond logging these login attempts.
