We understand you may want to delete your Knowivate Account. Here's what you need to know about account deletion and data removal.

Current status#

Account deletion is currently not available through the self-service portal. We are working on implementing this feature with proper safeguards to ensure complete data removal.

Request account deletion#

If you want to delete your account now, please contact our support team:

1. Send an email: Contact contact@knowivate.com from your registered email address.
2. Subject line: Use "Account Deletion Request" as the subject.
3. Include details: Provide your account email and reason for deletion (optional).
4. Verify identity: We may ask for additional verification to protect your account.
5. Wait for confirmation: We'll process your request and confirm when deletion is complete.

We currently don't have a specific timeline estimate for processing deletion requests, as we ensure thorough data removal across all services.
